- HC7900 Heat Controller
- This heat controller has the features you need for outstanding control of your heat forming application. Features include a Heat and Timer LED's that illuminate when the voltage is on or when an operation is in progress. Simple to use arrow buttons that allow temperature adjustments or time settings. The digital readout display keeps you informed while your heat forming application is running or when you initially setup the job.
- Silicone Rubber Heat Blankets
- Our design employs a grid of wound resistance wire vulcanized between two layers of fiberglass reinforced silicone rubber and are configurable to different industry sizes and voltages. Our wire wound heaters include a built in thermocouple to measure heat during your heat forming process and is monitored by the HC7900 heat controller. This design features strength, flexibility, durability, and even heat distribution. Our blankets have a circuit spacing of 0.15in (3.81mm) average.
- Thermocouple Probe
- We have included a thermocouple probe to help you measure the core temperature of the composite decking material you are heat forming. This allows for superior control, as some materials reach the desired temperature at different intervals and time during the heating process.
- High Temperature Gloves
- We have included a pair of Heat Resistant, 100% Cotton Seamless Terry Cloth, gloves to handle your heat formed material, keeping you safe and free from heat injuries.
- Carrying Case
- Our carrying cases are durable, lightweight, and impact resistant to ensure your equipment is safe and secure. Custom designed cut-outs keep your components free from damage and in place for easy access.
