The sales staff at HEATCON consistently provides our company with outstanding parts supply support. And, they attend to the special needs of our business. For example, Heatcon has agreed to maintain an exclusive on-demand inventory of heaters locally which are critical for us to maintaining reliable production operations. Also, Heatcon has developed a custom part for through one of their manufacturers that costs less and arrives in about half the time than ordering from the OEM supplier.
